Looking in central Louisiana
Hi. I've been looking pretty much nonstop for almost four years for a position in social work. Unfortunately I don't have an advanced degree so good jobs are hard to find. I've been looking into receptionist positions but never get called for interviews. What am I doing wrong?

You're probably not doing anything wrong. If you're not hearing back for interviews, I recommend taking the initiative and following up on your applications. A few days after you've applied for a job, call the location and ask to speak to a hiring manager. Ask about the status of your application, but use it as an opportunity to express interest in the job role. Employers love to see this kind of initiative!
