The owner/financial backer offered to finance my original business plan/concepts. We built the facility into a five-star pet resort. In the first week the owner thought we should have 40-50 dogs in the facility even though we just opened the doors a few days prior. Because of that and some differences of opinion regarding decor, the owner said I wasn’t a good fit for the company anymore and had me pack my things.
