A baffling question...
Whenever am interviewed, i always get the feeling that i have made an impact...then a panel of interviewers will enter and sit down and discuss the probabilities...then all of a sudden another question will be raised...the question: lets say for example that your supervisor tell you to do something which you know is wrong. You try to tell him or her what you think about it but he/she insists...how would you answer? Btw, i was told that they will get in touch with me and they did not.

That's a loaded question Ruby. I would have to ask, wrong as in illegal or wrong as in an administrative process or procedure? The first one is a no brainer but to the second option then I would do what the manager ask me to do. Sometimes decisions are made at higher pay grade levels that don't require explanations but actions.
