I knew whether or not I got the job right away, though it was contingent on the results of the background and drug test. But, I am with Jose, if it has been more than a week, I would keep looking.

For me , it was 3 weeks. They were waiting for my background check from a different state. If you already did your physical and drug test? Maybe a week. But if it's been more than a week, keep on looking.
