Some people are very secure about themselves. That view stems from very low self-esteem. I thing I could suggest for people like that is get themselves into both individual and group therapy. People need recognize that we all are blessed with unique talents and skills. The challenge is finding out what those unique skills and talents they possess.

Mr. Edwards I have to agree with you. People are so "thin skinned"..... Validation is only a seeking of someone's opinion of you..... I'm a great medic, a well trained nurse, and a better social worker. And I don't care what anyone else thinks. My question is do you have a position for me to try and compete for?? Being liked is important, but not necessarily a job requirement.
