Should I even bother making a resume if I don't have any work experience?
I’m attending career fair for teens next week but I don’t know how to make a resume if I don’t have any work experience yet.

Yes. Highlight any clubs, activities, hobbies, volunteering activities, classes with good grades. Whatever highlights your skills, enthusiasm, and desire for the job.

I think it depends on the the job you are applying for. For some jobs a resume is not necessary but a resume always looks professional so make sure to include any and all sports or activities that you participated in any schooling you have done as well as volunteer work or anything else like that all look good on a resume

Enthusiasm and life experience counts for so much.I was broke and had little to none experience and walked into Ritz Carlton Boston and Chef loved the fact that some one with nothing but enthusiasm is asking for a job ,very under qualified that he hired me on the spot!!(not the first time) Also it will give you creative writuing experience and get you out of the funk you may be in now

Have you ever done any volunteering or any extra-curricular activities at school? Those sorts of things can be put on a resume if you need them to!
In your resume, you would put your schooling and any "odd" jobs you might have done for the neighbors. i.e. Mow lawn, baby sit, or any other miscellaneous thing you did. Also your interests, whether you volunteered. Also, right out of high school, mind you, I applied for a job with a cement company as an accountant. The manager would have hired me if only I knew the credit rating of the builders in the area. Also, right out of high school, I applied at the telephone company. The interviewer said I was qualified for a job in the office; but, I could not go there without first being a telephone operator and was going to brush me off telling me I was "over qualified." [Right out of high school, mind you.] I said "if I cannot get to the office without first being an operator, what's to keep me from starting as an operator and working my way up?" I got the job.
