What skills should I put on my resume to qualify for a Sales Associate job?
Research product so to be knowledgeable enough and then relay the info to your customers.
For a sales associate, definitely put skills such as "creating an exceptional client experience, courteous, meeting sales goals, etc"
Always greet ALL customers, listen to their needs, ask open ended questions. Follow up with them as they close their purchase. Team player, build each other up and have fun!!
Great customer service skills able to deal with all differ personalities, professional, and courteous.
Friendly, quick to respond, team player, proactiv and comfortable in different roles
Customer service Like to meet new people.Help people find what they are looking for.
Lot of customer service/people person skills..here are a few examples:
- Served customers by helping them select products.
- Drove sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greeted and received customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responded to customers' questions.
- Directed customers by escorting them to racks and counters
Good people skills, outgoing, friendly, approachable, good listener, empathetic, energetic, if you are good at multitasking, and state if you like working with the public. Just some ideas off the top of my head. Hope it helps
