No luck. What do I do?
I am a guy down on his luck with the current job/career economy. Been over 4 years, both attending and graduating a University, and I am unable to land a full-time position. Due to earning my BA in Earth and Environmental Studies (Earth Science), I have been turned away from multiple full-time positions here in Arizona; I am ashamed to say that even Walmart would not hire me on. True, I do not have experience to get into my dream career (Environmental Scientist or Consultant), but I cannot get said experience when Firms or Corporations are not willing to give a beginner a chance. I am in a rut, with no income, and have a family to support. I do not know what to do anymore regarding jobs and careers in Arizona.

Hi Alexander, I'm sorry to hear of your situation. I'm not sure what sort of job you are interested in within environmental science, but have you looked into doing some volunteer work? This could help you build up experience you need to gain the full time job. Also, I would definitely suggest speaking with a staffing agency. You may be able to get some temp work that will help you to build the necessary experience.
Keep going! I know it can be tough, but you will find a job that will be great for you!
