Scammed
I was scammed sometime in June by a lady and she had set her office and a house. I went there with a friend of mine who also told me about the job she saw on Craig's List. She was a white lady originally seemed from Europe. She gave my friend the application form to fill another a job she saw online on Craig's list advertised. Then she said to me who about you are you also looking for a job? And I said yes. She gave me an application form to fill and told me that I will do your backgrounds both of you, you will here within 5 to 7 days. The Company she has on Craig's List is Capitol Domestics and staffing. We both waited didn't here any word from her meanwhile we have give her our details such copy of SSN and Drivers License. Not knowing the Bitch was a fucking crook who stole my identity and went and bought a Toyota Camry 2017 in my Name. Just saw the paper work come in my mail that I purjx

Going to someone's home to fill out an app for a job would have been the red flag for me. You run into pieces of shit on Craigslist. Sorry about this, hope they caught this low-life.
How she got a car in your name without a direct drivers license? I would have someone to look into that dealership too.

That's a hell of a scam. Thank you for sharing this. You can always look up businesses just ask the owner/ operator what state and county they are registered with. It's federal law that businesses with employees have a tax ID / ein.

It is illegal to purchase anything without the authorization of the main party. You should get all the info needed to take her to as a civil sue, get your lawyer and drag her through the mud.

Just remember that company and not to get another job from that company ever again. Let the local and state authorities handle the person who scammed you.
