Hi Cora Darrah , If you already submitted your online application then call or better yet follow up with the restaurant manager in person. Stop in during down time (between 2p - 6p) so the manager can take time to talk with you. The minimum age requirement for a Team Member position is 16 so you're all set there.
Prepare a short statement in your mind or on paper on what you would say when introduced to the manager. Think about your traits, skills, and strengths. Here are some trait keyword examples (Fast Learner, Reliable, Team Player, Problem Solver) and skills keywords examples would include (Excellent Communication, Customer Centric, Organized, Cash Handling). So reach out to the Manager and follow up on your application as soon as possible Cora. Your next job awaits you!
