I worked at ONT8 in Moreno Valley, CA when I first started working there it was great worked for smx when they were apart of amazon for 1 year and then hired on for a nice 3 years. That place was like home oddly enough slept in the parking lot in my car and also in the break room they paid good money but not enough to live in California. Now managers and P.A.’s over the time I was working there very lazy managers would pass their work down to the P.A.’s the P.A.’s made P.G.’s because they couldn’t keep up with their work. Now don’t get me wrong but we did have some very good managers an very shitty ones including some corrupt HR, Safety, and LP personal with the time of working their just making it hard to navigate and it was even harder when they did not communicate it with employees like changing rules HR would set people up for failure too like getting together with LP and setting up traps like putting a bag of open candy inside of the ladders of fluid load and any one touches it gets fired and the list is quite long I’ve had my name forged on a document. Too negligent from managers like making up a white glove policy which basically forced no managers to not pick up anything or help out employees when the area needs help. Man I wish that I could talk about everything that Happened in there it was crazy
