I want to know what people say to a new potential Employer during an interview ,when they ask the question about a previous job Termination. ?

I'm currently an employee of a company I would say hear what the person says first

I don't know Devin Morgan. Research on the Internet about Job interviews, and ask professional interviewees themself Jobcase acquaintance. It's your only way to find out for sure.

be honesty. its the best thing to do in the situation and it will most likely get u the job then lieing. they probably already know and are waiting for u to be honest with them

It depends on what the reason was and if that company would rehire you. If it was an attendance issue, what was happening to cause it? Was it avoidable (laziness) or out of your control (a health issue)? Did you try to mitigate your situation? Did you learn anything from that situation that you can apply going forward? Has the issue been resolved?
If they call that employer, they'll get only limited information by law. They big question that gets asked is if you could be rehired. If the answer is no, it's up to you to explain why... make sure they have that answer. Having said that, share what's relevant and don't make it too complex.
Good luck!

Yeah, I agree with the previous comment Devin. Keep it Real and try not to find fault or badmouth anyone else in your explanation. this is probably the toughest interview question!!!

Explain what happened, keep it short and specific.

Hi Devin, I would say in general it is best to be honest with potential employers.
Chances are that they will do a verification of employment so best to be honest is what I have been taught and have done.
