How can I advance my career as a Delivery driver?

Find places in your area that uses doordash uber eats or spark doing walmart deliveries. Maybe find ways to advance certifications and training

I agree with Jaycee. Many companies do not offer promotions but will have those that do well in performance, know the company policies, drive safely and other criteria begin training other delivery drivers. They make better pay but in terms of real advancement; you have to make your own.
Consider the following: who do you do delivery with currently? What type of license do you have (are you a CDL driver or a common vehicle delivery driver)?
Consider leaning logistics, going "old school" and learning to read an Atlas. Going old school shows companies that you do not need technology to show the fastest routes or hiw to get somewhere. Learn a bit of sales and customer service; even b2b drivers need customer service skills. It shows companies that you know the product that is being delivered, willing to assist in more business and bringing service and a better relationship to the customers.
Many times, other companies will see this as well and begin offering jobs with better pay and benefits. Choose any changes carefully though so as not to hurt your opportunities in the future.

To advance your career as a delivery driver, consider obtaining additional certifications or training related to logistics and transportation. Look for opportunities to learn new delivery routes or handle different types of cargo. You could also seek promotions within your current company or explore job openings with other delivery companies on platforms like Jobcase, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Networking with industry professionals and staying updated on industry trends can also help you advance in your career as a delivery driver.
There is a certain ceiling you reach as a delivery driver. To advance you need to research the company's top advisors and see what they may say. You'll be surprised of what you may learn.
