There was a disagreement over a process for loans. My Manager kept insisting we do it one way well as I had a different process in mind. I let the matter rest for a while and then discussed with my senior and other team members. When all of us agreed on the procedure, we set up a meeting with the manager and explained it in details the pro and cons, the amount of time saving for us. The manger agreed.
