I applied at Amazon for the Sortation Logistics position in Carlsbad,Ca.. However I am in the health care business now but wanting to change from a job to a career where I can be given the chance to move up in the company. I worked at a Target store as a pull team specialist supervisor. I ran a team that would bring the back stock out to the floors and generate orders to fill lows, outs and sales. I trained incoming managers for our home stores and sister stores. Stressful and fast paced.I loved that job but as in life bad things happen my mom was murdered and I didn't get the time off I needed and quit the job. I really miss it and feel I would be a great team member for Amazon. This was 26 years ago and in between my health care jobs I have worked as a mason tender, waitress, real estate agent for California and became fiber optic certified, None of those jobs panned out. Although I am good as a licensed nurses assistant I love the elderly but the job opportunity to move up is impossible. Most companies that own LTR;s and rehabs give you raises up to a 4% a year. I need and desire the opportunity to move in a company. How do I put my experience and not have to put every job I have had for the last 26 years to get to my Target experience I have. I have to say I have never had a resume. Thanks for your help.
