I loved many things about being apart of the Carolina Ale House family. I loved the concept first of all and my co-worker family and then finally our wonderful family of regular guest and extended family of new guest. I loved my Mangers especially and the Training Staff that from day 1 encouraged me to excel and to eventually become a Trainer and later the SR. Trainer, and Employee of the Year 2 yearsof the 3 I was there
