Wanting to work for Amazon, but can't find a Chicago location

Hi, Matt. I'm having trouble finding an Amazon location in the Chicago area. I've taken the assessment test and passed. They've given me an appointment but I'm not going to be able to keep it because it's in Joliet and that's going to be a problem for me. I really want the job with Amazon but it wouldn't be fair to waste their time nor mine because it's going to be a problem getting there and back home for me due to my having no means of transportation. What would you suggest that I do Matt?

Hi Rhonda Ford - from what you are saying, it sounds like this Amazon job is really going to be a great opportunity for you!! I did a bit of research and found a couple ways to get you from Chicago to Joliet. Click here and here. I hope that this helps! Additionally, if you do start working there, perhaps you can find a coworker that would be willing to carpool with you in exchange for some gas money & conversation!

Best of luck, and let me know if those seem like a good idea or not. If not, we can start looking at jobs a bit closer to home for you!
