Since I’ve been with the same company for almost 29 years I really hadn’t updated my resume. I did so recently as I’ve been seeking other employment and applied for several jobs that I honestly thought I was almost perfect for, but never even got an interview. My aunt thought it was my resume, but I got one from a professional template. She and my uncle and cousin revamped my it but to me it looks boring, LOL. Just curious what templates people have used and if anyone knows what the best resume format is. Said they researched heavily in regards to font and placement of things. But it just looks almost like it’s from 20 years ago. Help! :)
