Hello Walmart community! I used to work as a Senior Manager in Finance at the Walmart HQ in Bentonville. What questions do you have and how can I help?
I worked as a CSM and have for a long time. I know the rules when it comes to returns. For instance, if the return is over $25 and they don't have a reciept, then it should go on a gift card and if the return is greater than $50, then a manager has to approve it. My manager had me disregard the rule and give the customer cash.$108 dollars. I want to know, what are the rules for if we don't follow them anyway?
I'm NOT too happy with Walmart right now, and I have an EXTREMELY valid reason why..
