Facilities Manager Job

I've been a facilities manager for 5 years and was at a company for the past 2 years as a facilities manager. I've got the experience and completed FM Certification at Wits University. You need to be specific,as where you are located.Sure you have a degree,& experience,but location-location-location-are key.I have a degree & experience-but i am in New York City. Would you be willing to relocate? Would the company,be willing to assist.?What are your salary requirements,& what benefit's do they offer.I'm a vet,& uncle sam take's care of me.Maybe look into grant's/& or check out your credit score/maybe open your own business.Ask your parent's/friend's/family/cousin/anyone/or just put it out on the web.Basically you need to (Brain storm" the situation.I can go, up to 200,000/full package.Alot of option's out there.If your concern is rent, look to family & friend's. I'm 62,father of 3. I'm from hawaii.I still have alot in the gas tank.And believe me carlo-look around and see-1-cost of living/prevailing wage's/what is the unemployment % in your area.I have the luxury, of having my own laptop & printer. My rent is low,everything included,have enough of everything ie: food-clothe's I really don't need anything. Food-I'm good for a month. Look into Social Security. SSI & SSA pay 800/Cash-net into your direct deposit-bank account.many option's.Take the advice-& run with it.Thing's will look up. Just be patient.I've been out of work,for 9 month's.And I will not accept 10/Hr. Not after 40/year's. Trump is pushing for 15/hr after 2018.i will become law--all 50 state's.If your strategy isn't working, then change your (Mind Set),something will give. Curtail-money-no wasting it.Very strict money management, is what I call it.Being Chinese/Hawaiian, & coming from a big family,my parent's taught me that Carlo. The federal gov't will help-even food stamps,etc. Look into your local HRA.This country has a lot of $$$$.Take care for now. But be very active & selective.
