Hi Alan! I haven't applied to Wegmans myself yet, so I can't say from experience but I will say that they have a great system to apply to their jobs online so that might be a great start. But since Wegmans makes customer service and friendliness such a high priority I would absolutely recommend either going in and asking to apply in person, or after you apply going in to introduce yourself to a manager and show that you've got the personality that would fit into their business. The big thing here would just be to make sure you are able to shake a manager's hand no matter how you applied. If anyone has applied to Wegmans and has any other advice please let us know!
