I’m a recently divorced mom getting back into the workforce, and I’ve considered becoming a real estate agent. But I’m a little nervous about it after this last recession, plus I don’t want to go into a market where there is already a ton of competition. Should I just go ahead and train for it and get my license? Any advice?
