pharmacy technician

unprofessional

yesterday I went above and beyond for my manager. as a pharmacy technician we serve our patients with the out most service & dedication . the lack of an unprofessional environment and management team speaks for itself . I never in my life had to travel outside my job to retrieve a package for a mishandled error from my boss . especially if we didn't know who reside at that present address, they weren't even a patient of ours , and she was more worried about how her supervisors will dismiss her for the mistake she has caused then , her actual technician going above and beyond once again . I ask this person for my two weeks and she flipped out and did not accept my notice told me to leave the pharmacy. not only did she do this ! but she belittled me each and every day without leaving me room to progress and the company itself , monitoring my every step . as well as I would always hear her discussing awful things about her staff and her superiors amongst other employee members . she spread lies to other staff about my work ethics . she tried turn my fellow colleague members against me ! this is ridiculous I was only there for 2 months to take all this in each and every day , with No-one to help me ! until I just had enough is enough !

I'm sorry you went through that. You will never be forgotten I'm sure. Why don't you go see your old employer and let him know its you. I'm sure he'd love to have you back. Sometimes people just don't know what they've had till its gone. My love for you will never change, sound familiar? I am sure he doesn't know what to do without the true you. Missing someone that much hurts.

Esthefany you did the right thing, but you left. So most likely nothing much will come of it, but so what. You get to leave. Just remember to take the pill of bitter life experience and go on to your next stop. Company loyalty, dedication, and stupidity like thoes old values are gone. Just forget about it.... You'll thank yourself later on when you can't even remember their names.

Sometimes you have to work in bad places with bad people just take and pray you don't have to work in that atmosphere to much longer , go fill out aps at other pharmacies, maybe you can even get a raise to go elsewhere and be treated better.

Since you gave notice and left I wouldn't worry about it. Consider it a learning experience. Hopefully you won't experience this in the future.

Good luck
