I've been working in Machine shop for 3 yrs I have been very mad by his group who work making parts with no attention in their jobs .Cause main is a lot of people think Manager power. REALLY let parts are qualified to shipping to customers they must take over to Deburring repair to fix them every where ,but the boss and owner they never know what is going on in their company. I also don't know the way to work in this company. Almost people are his group. He protects of them from their big mistakes from making parts.the boss and supervisor stay in office take all products to Manager controlling. They also know deurr men who work hardly for them with cheap salary also benefit. I can't know well since Korean old owner until American new owner both old statement happens like that .I have watched them still ho to company to work with easy job making easy money they don't care that why I upset post here to share to my friends on here with different cases in our job I hope that although I work hard for them with my reponsibility something good will come to me another place.
