I am retired management from FedEx Ground and from what I remember many of the driving positions​ contractors have, would be people with at least 1 year of (Job) driving experience, clean driving record and background. That could be Uber, Food delivery, School bus, etc. You must negotiate salary with the contractors. You can also hire on at FedEx as a package handler which gets you in the door at a great company, but part time. You will work hard, but advancement is the product of a job well done.
