I loved my employees and my customers!
It was rewarding train employes and watch them accomplish their goals and I loved the customers and interacting with them. And of their was ever s problem I was usually the area manager that would get paged because I was able to turn a negative situation into a positive and a customer that was going to be return shopper. That was a great reward to me.
