Recently worked for ups in Fontana CA loved the fast pace work+ hours I was recently let go during high peak seasons claiming production has slowed down,but New hire+shift just got added& they cut a full-time shift to 4 hours. Supervisor Gloria,Lead Laura,Jose Have shown racism in this work place once it was brought to their ATTENTION about the Racist statement Jose made to Gloria &I was being held up to three hours before being released on my first break was told by Laura that I can't break till she say so even if informed by other's who starts with me,relayed the message I informed the Manager Charles who is married into the FAMILY of the accused,Moral of the story they hire young adults who they can take advantage of& won't speak up ONCE the law has been BROKEN I was let go due to mistakes being made intentionally, VENDICTIVE & RETALIATION from the Management this matter should be investigated I have spoken to the Agency that contracts with them about this no further STATUS nor have I been able to get another assignment,is their any other openings full time in the San Bernardino, Riverside county?
