Well I filed a few months ago and apparently someone stole my password and id , as number, I'd number etc , so I never received one payment and I called the edd , 3 weeks ago and they said passwords and security answers have been changed and bank of america has my account but there is a freeze on it and ( I said ok , I walk in tomorrow with my social, passport, birth certificate, california drivers license ) They responded nope, send us fotocopys of your documents to a po box... I call , bs ! Since when can you not walk into a bank to provi your identity... !

There is a 1 week to 2 week window to try and long on . But, you can call on Monday .

I can’t get logged in either so I called and after waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone they wasn’t successful in resetting password and or username, and I haven’t been able to reach anyone since it’s ridiculous

Took me 3 weeks to even file a claim because the site kept on timing out and the agents didn't know what was going on . They even did it themselves n couldn't do it. Finally the 3rd agent got it done for me. Spent 4 hrs waiting n calling back n them hanging up on me
