What I loved working at #Dollartree

As I transitioned from just moving to Colorado from Missouri, I had applied at many places. Well turns out I was a former employee for dollar tree a couple years back Before ever thinking about moving to Colorado. I was thankful to gear the positive feed back from my former boss in Missouri. I then met Kelly store manager. She taught me the in and out of everything needed to know and what to be aware of. Aside from that. Before I was management things were a tad bit bitter and my co-workers didn't like coming to work. After my promotion in gaining management, I took the notice in seeing a fast change in not only one but everyone on my shift had a perky attitude and was glad to be at work. My employees my friends were what I loved about being employees at dollar tree.

Store Manager at Dollar Tree

DT is a successful company...cool job, I was a SM South of Boston. Too bad your own people that you helped get promoted stab you in the back. Then they involve the Regional staff that quickly fires you for no just reason...SMs are very disposable...a shame..Someday a major lawsuit will bite them in their ass and rightfully so...if you are a white male as a manager that gets results you will be squeezed out by the planned rapid growth pf female managers. Unsubstantiated firings without giving a reason should be illegal...
