What I like about working for USAA Bank
What I like the most about working for USAA Bank is the culture. Most banks don't really have this and I have worked at a few. Usually, you clock in you clock out and that's it. Here I actually talk to my co-workers and we even get beers sometimes after work. Best bank I've worked at by far. I hope to stay here for a long, long time.
Listen...be ware of GREENDOT.com....they may not mean to but their technology is set up to rob you. They have no customer service and they seem to work for some people while others money is floating around in their company computers or they are robbing some and paying out to others. Beware of GREENDOT.com. THey stealing right now.
That is nice. That isn't only a bank thing. That is in all kinds of fields.I have been places that the people seem to hate their job. You would barely see smiles. I would change that. Anyways, but I also have found a great place. I am a temp, but I have been at the same assignment for almost a year. These people are so caring, and they treat each other really good, They are a family here. When things happen. They help each other, and they comfort. They do spend time with each other than the work place. They have events, and stuff, It is so amazing. They include me as well. See I am part time, and around Christmas they were going to have a full week off. I do not get paid for it like they do because I am from a temp agency. I was worried, but it turned out great. I was asked to work a full 40 hour shift even though I would be sitting there twiddling my thumbs. Also, one day I came in and there was a gift with Visa Gift cards of 4 $ 50 cards. They all pitched in to give me. These people are amazing. So see it isn't exactly the company it is the people in it.
Never heard of this bank before, glad it's nice to work there.

Worked there 6.5 years as a top 5% performer. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Trust me. They are completely incompetent. Google all the fines they pay out for their stupidity. You will work back to back calls all day. They burn you out.
