Recruiting Companies

I personally think these recruiting companies are a pain in the butt....I would rather deal with a Company direct then go through a recruiter....They do not seem to even know when you apply for a job, yet send you a email on that same Company is interested in you...smh... These recruiting companies truly need to get their act together.....Also giving out your cell # to get texts from these companies to me is a scam.....I've received so many text calls that were blocked......smh......3rd Party callers probably.... Just my opinion...

Recruiters have a couple of purposes and mainly they involve finding someone for a commission. Professional recruiters work with a pool of companies and seek out candidates. That can be a pain and a benefit for a job seeker. I suggest working on a relationship with some of these folks. They are motivated by the fact that if they place you, they / and or their employer gain a commission. Respond to them, but let them know what you are seeking and how you can help them. Offer to refer people if you see good candidates, that way they will think of you when they are looking. Best of luck in your search.
