I am afraid and scared. I have been looking for employment since June 2016. I have not had any luck. I have been on interviews but no luck. So interviews that I have gone on they tell me that I have to much experience. I have 24 years of Telecommunications experience. I decided to take a severance package deal from my job. I was ready for a change in career. My dept was doing a reduction in staff if you had over 20 years of service they would give you a severance package. Well I decided to take the package but I have had no luck with employment. I have customer service/project management/Admin skills. But no one will give me a chance. Can someone give me suggestions on what I should do?
