I worked for a ready-mix company i was a tanker driver hauling bulk cement. Problem is there was a hole in the pipe when you were unloading you were forced to breath all that cement it was so bad that I became violently ill after I unloaded you ended up vomiting your lunch they would not fix it but when I complained about it they told me to park the truck an distance myself from all of there facilities so basically you can say I was fired. As a at will employee they can do this. Legal help was no help at all. They told OSHA A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY I HAVE PICTURES ,TEXT MESSAGES IS THERE ANYTHING I COULD HAVE DONE TO MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THERE ACTIONS
