First off a company asked what asset you would u be to their company? What sets you apart and makes you different in customer service? Then they possibly will ask how you can your skills resolve the situation. First off you will have address any problem with customer satisfaction..the problem with the Customers focuse being cooperative and coming up with the best result in a challenging situation willingness to address the concerns as your customer or client. Need. And customer value in mind.

They will just ask questions based on your experience dealing with customer service issues to see if you know how to handle them appropriately. So if you have customer service experience, you should have NO trouble answering the typical questions that a customer service Rep. would experience on the job. Just like in MY case, I know pretty much how to handle ALL sales related questions on a phone or in-person interview because I have a LOT of experience in both outside and inside sales.

Describe a time where you dealt with an unhappy customer; what happened, what did you do and what was the outcome. Describe the most challenging customer problem you've experienced in your career and the outcome. What is an example of excellent customer service? What's worse in your opinion, rude customer service or indifferent customer service and why?
