I can't pull up the article for some reason. But I work with an employment specialist and read every article on what to do in an interview, so I think I'll do OK on my first interview. My employment specialist is gearing up to do a video interview with me. I'm interviewing with a temp agency this week and I find they are big on video. As if you're not nervous enough they plunk you down in front of a camera and ask you to share something about yourself for the future employer. EEK!

I use each day before the interview to research the company, work on talking points, and identify like-minded skills that can help make me the candidate of choice.
