excited about working
I want to be excited about work. I like my job, but i need a way to get motivated. How do you stay motivated?

Try to make a personal commitment to excellence for yourself. I work seems too mundane now then reach out to your immediate supervisor/manager and ask for some time to discuss pending projects you may want to take over and/or develop. Keep yourself engaged in the workplace and network with people working in other departments you may find interesting.
It’s a daily personal effort but if you can focus on accomplishing at least one daily task to stay focused and motivated at work you'll slowly develop career changing habits.

To stay motivated you always have to look at the positive instead of the negative. Your co-workers are the key, you have to maintain a good bond with them. If you dont get along with the people you work with. You will never be motivated to go in and work..
Arlene- Jesse and Lenin both offer very sound advice to follow for you to be motivated at work. The only thing that I may add is that you have to make a choice. You can learn to love it, or you can learn to hate your job. The latter option requires so much more energy for negative vibrations. Please use all the positive energy towards your job, and your life in general. You will be amazed how so many things in life are so much more enjoyable because you made the choice in the positive direction. Hope this helps -
