Paint Prep Detail at Taylor Autobody Farmerville Louisianna

Not appreciated !!!

Lost my job as painter's helper/ paint preparation & detail, reason being my mother had terminal cancer and my wife had stroke, taking time off work to tend to both of their issues, hospital papers, insurance info. and legal documents on both sides. Liked my job, enjoyed the everyday duties it involved, hadn't missed work prior to this. But family is most important to me!!!

I agree family first, but a lot of companies don't get it. I think that is a shame they didn't appreciate a employee who valued family. You certainly had your priorities in order!

Family is important Phillip Thomas . So sorry to hear you had to endure this challenging experience. Did anyone discuss an FMLA option with you?
