I am a little disabled but, I can do task's that people do not know that I can do? I am in a wheelchair but, I can get up and walk though? Tell me whether I can with them or, give me an idea who I can get one from?
If you are a veteran you might check with the VA as they give Vets first preference depending on your experience and current abilities.

First up decide what job you want to do and what job you're qualified for. If for instance this an office job where you're going to use a PC then it should be no problem and I'm sure they could accommodate you.
I do not know your background but you should know about the company your dealing with and the position. Then stress your strengths you can bring to the company and job.
No offense meant, but perhaps employers are put-off by your misuse of punctuation coupled with incorrect grammar. Written English is often the first window an employer has to a potential employee's intelligence and ability to communicate.
