Disapointed
Hi my name is Jennifer Charles working in this company i have just started working here i left my previous just for the betterment of my career and now here, they are treating me like i am not capable for this job... My boss asked me for a dinner i refused him as i have to manage my home stuff after my office i told him that i don,t have time and also i am not interested after this he started to make hurdles in my work, he started to embarrass me in front of all the staff members. I am a survivor i told him that i have to support my family so that,s why i am doing this job .I am receiving interview calls from other companies as well but i really love my work here. But he said i appointed you here so you have to do as i said. I am damn upset. I have applied for job in a multi national company and now i have received a joining letter fro there side. I am resigning from here i really don,t wanted to do so, but i cannot bend in front of anyone. Please advise me have i done a right thing or not?
It seems to me that your boss is a sleaze and wanted to get in bed with you so you totaly did the right thing

HR is there for the benefit of the company. NOT YOU!! Tell anyone in the company you want to...try to protect other young women. HR protects the company first and foremost. Get your own lawyer!!!
