Good Morning:

The content of your resume looks fine to me.

I am about to give you advice that I don't personally follow, but should:

Remove bullet points or asterisks from your resume. If your resume is run through an Applicant tracking System, these symbols can confuse the ATS and your resume gets kicked off to the slush pile, never to be seen by human eyes.

Use industry keywords in your job descriptions so that the ATS can pick up on them. Since you are a recruiter be sure to include successes in your job descriptions such as retention rates, number of clients, and how many people you successfully placed.

Make sure you have consistent tense usage in each description. Do not alternate between past tense and current tense. Pick one and stick with it.

Ensure that each section of the work history is formatted consistently.

Rework the summary to read a little easier. Try:

"Experienced full lifecycle recruiter with over eight years of recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, timesheet management, payroll, and more."

Honestly, for the most part, it looks good. Unless the recruiting industry is super competitive I don't know what else you could add.
