My dream job has alwas been to work for Disney.

I want to work at Disney World but I don'live in Florida so you would think the next think is to the nearest store near me, so I go there a lot as it is and I'm always asking the bvb cashier how did she get a job here and they always say I don't know, what kind of questions. So I want to know does anyone work at The Disney Store and if so who at Disney did you call and is the if there isn't any openings, I was told by someone that you says that they h as ve Customer Service Representatives and she says she can work from home and she get's all the benefits as if she was working in the store. Does anyone know if this true?

Disney is a place like any other Evil Corporation, I worked for Marriott and they were always trying some BS on you... don't believe the hype...yes Disney can be nice for some but be a realist and get out of that fantasy... Disney mangers are very mean to people that they don't like ...period

Dont work at Disney,I worked there for 11 years, and was targeted for termination. It is not a good place to work especially if you are older. They will push you out the door, whether you want to or not.Low pay and work you like a dog.

Try this site!! Who knows, You might be able to transfer at some point! My husband quit our jobs and we packed up and moved from Illinois and headed to Orlando-with no job prospects-just the will to go and find better work (and a great climate!)He had a job at Disney within a week-and has been with them for over 20 years. They trained him as and arborist and irrigation specialist!

Don't talk to the cashier, because the cashier can't hire you. You need to talk to the store manager.

ALL Disney jobs including the Disney Store are posted on their jobs page. www.disneycareers.com

They won’t take your resume in person or anything cause everything is run through HR. Good luck! (I worked for Disney for almost 12 years)

Yes I applied for Store manager at Disney in Woodfield. Visit store talk to cashier, regional trainer but never heard from district manager. So I applied to 7 Disney Stores to be a cashier and all 7 said I was over qualified. That was September 2017. Now i have 125 Disney connectons on LinkedIn and I will try again. Needless to say you have to be persistent with Disney. It really comes down to being in the right place at the right time.

Hi Abbey! Yes, I have seen others here in the community who work for the Disney Store. I would say go back with your resume and apply in person or call and ask when the manager will be in and speak to them directly! Good luck Abbey : )
