Not speaking up when I wasn't sure if someone was right for the job, before we hired them. It takes a lot of time to hire there and sometimes we would jump the gun and end up with the TOTALLY wrong person for the job. We would end up with someone who was constantly nervous, quiet, always second guessing themselves and very obvioysly uncomfortable in their own skin. It was too late and the situation would have to play itself out for a long time before we could fix it. This brings me back to my previous point: If you are NOT naturally outgoing, confident, enthusiastic, passionate about pets and relatively happy, DON'T apply here. You need to be on your "A" game all day, everyday at Mud Bay. Mud Bay customers expect it and deserve it.
