Flexibility is required to work in the hotel industry. We are currently looking for servers in our restaurant. The tips are great and you can work with a fun group. Also if you like people this is definitely a great place to meet some of the neatest people from all over the world.
To land a job text Mariott all you really need is a pulse cuz they'll pretty much hired the first however many people they got jobs for if they got 10 jobs they hire first 10 people that role in the door I know that work for them before their style is very unionized and haphazard I know how you can function okay letting employees take the equivalent of two months of a year and then they wonder why they need more employees cuz they're always short-handed

I would have to agree with Barbara I have worked as a waitress and in the hotel and restaurant industry and you have to have flexible hours you have to be flexible with the customers that come in because you run into all kinds of different and unique personalities but at the end of the day you feel very rewarding because you're able to meet those customers needs
