
Wronful Termination
hi, i want help with my case please go through all of it. i was working in one of the biggest packaging company in the world for almost one year, then one day i got injured on job since that day the company started looking to get rid off me. they even did not give me some time off because they wanted to complete their 365 day OSHA without a record able. then one day they terminated me while i came back from company's clinic 10 mins late as per their record which later on proved wrong by clinic supervisor as she saw the video for that day and confirmed that you left at the time you mentioned not the one which company is saying. is this a wrongful termination ? what should i do ?

In my opinion yes! Some law firms do free consultations. U should call one and ask . sorry your former employer was cold hearted!
