A very good friend of mine suffered a massive stroke a couple of years ago, it was triggered by 2 events dental surgery and getting kicked in the side of his head by a horse. The doctors said his stroke was a fluke. Thank god he was in great shape or it would have been really bad. He went back to work in the aircraft business but he knew he was not going to be able to do that kind of work anymore. So he took a job in the heavy machinery industry. He was let go not long ago because of the prescribe meds he takes for his stroke. They told him that they were afraid he would have an accident at work and get hurt. This has left him devastated as well as his family. He was recently told by a friend of ours that no one will hire him because of his stroke they think of him as a liability. He has applied for SSD but as anyone knows dealing with them is like dealing with the devil himself. I have sit up a go fund me page for him if anyone would care to help.
