God is good
Hello everyone,hope all is well. I just want to share some news that happened to me today. I was working a job for 3 half years and was terminated because I went to hr about a situation that i felt was unfair and to my surprise I was terminated about 3 weeks later. I started a job through a temp agency I've Ben there for about 5 months now. So I finally do a application for direct hire they called my old job for a reference and not to my surprise talked down on me and you know what my temp supervisor told me he said oh well guess what their reference doesn't even matter, but mine does so I give you a A plus you will do your paperwork Monday morning so I say to that can't no one stop what god has in store for you its gonna happen regardless of what anyone or any hr has to say about you thank u for reading.

Good Morning Shonda, first I would like to say to God be the glory! He still remains good all the time. That goes to show you that even though you stood up for what was right and was terminated for justice. Nothing can and will stop God, He still places people in position to turn bad for good. File a claim against the company you worked for and got to better business and file a complaint against them

See now girl give God all the Glory.. thank him for overriding your enemies plans that they had for you....... Excellent outcome. But it was only possible because you had an opportunity to provide first hand experience with regard to your abilities. Remember, most people don't and are solely reliant on that reference.
I think all companies should be restricted to last job title and dates of employment. References are far too subjective and could have a long term effect on employment possibilities.
It's great you gave credit to the Lord. So many take his grace for granted. May his light shine on you forever..
