My career experiences include working as an elementary school teacher, a multicultural counselor, librarian, radio announcer and producer, public relations, legal research and instructor for “Training the Trainer.” In addition, I have 26 years’ experience teaching speech communication in the United States. Changes in the workplace influence career choices and satisfaction. There are many things in the job that can change. Technology changes, the organization changes, operations outsourced, and platforms and tools are upgraded. To help with managing change in the workplace and to be satisfied on the job includes the realization that change occurs and that communication is important. In coping with change, it is also necessary to be flexible with multiple learning's and to continue working hard.
