Hey Genevieve Fun question. It also has me wondering... If you put your three words to describe yourself, then asked friends or coworkers to list three words to describe you- how close would they be?
Truthfully - Compassionate, Generous, and Thoughtful but I probably wouldn’t say that in an interview. Interview words would be Aggressive, Empowered, and Productive.
I think I would say that I am very determined and creative (because if I have a problem that needs solving I will turn it over and over in my head all day until I find a solution), and I would also say that I am organized, because I think one of my strengths is keeping my responsibilities and priorities in order!
