You have to take the postal test. Which you need to get the study guide @ the library because it helps. Then you just have a general interview!

I believe they still give a written test but cannot be sure.

Depends on your position, if you coming in a a carrier clerk etc, they don’t do interviews anymore. Now if you just got selected for a supervisor or above position, we’ll better hope your answer matched your KSAs

Take a postal test, get at least a 70% Then get on a list until notifications of where to report to (city)! Funny thing is,it took USPS 4 years to hire me! You must wait for awhile unless you luck out🤞
