The awesome management, friendly team members is why I stayed at Universal Orlando. The interaction we had with guests was great. I loved that job.
Samantha, I was at a University for 20 years...and aside from the coworkers...I enjoyed the professors I came in contact with and of course the students. Seeing them come in as freshman and watching them grow into seniors is a wonderful transformation. Especially the ones that worked for me. I could train them well enough to take over for me when I'd be out for either a day or when out taking a week of vacation.
